Commercial Roofing Services
Saunders Roofing provides a full range of services for commercial applications for both steep and low slope roofs. We work with many general contractors and developers on both new construction and rehab projects. We have done a multitude of projects in the Scotts Addition and Manchester areas. We have worked on several projects for local government buildings and historical VCU buildings. We understand the need for communication with multiple contractors and owners to ensure that the roofing portion of the project coordinates with the designated timeline.
“We have worked with Saunders Roofing on many commercial projects in Richmond over the years. The owner, Jarrod Frakes, is both personable and professional. Saunders is easy to work with, knowledgeable about roofing and dependable. They do a great job.”
